i was greeted on friday night with this surprise from my friends dina, deaver, and karen...
it is a plaque for the back of the white rocker that they gave me after my mom’s memorial service. they actually put ALMOST A WHOLE rocker together IN A HOTEL ROOM for me. the last piece wouldn’t fit so they had to take it back to lowe’s and the “rocker guy” put one together for them (in less than 10 minutes after they had struggled for a few hours with it in the hotel room). they all signed the bottom of the rocker for me and had this little plaque made for the back and adam put in on the rocker and showed it to me friday night. isn’t that just the sweetest thing EVER...
well, actually THIS is the sweetest thing EVER....
my little baby niece, victoria. she is a DOLL. and she cried when anyone other than her mom and dad held her, except when i got her to go to sleep once... aaah, i think she may grow to LOVE me in time....
