merry Christmas kids...

so... on Christmas eve we began unpacking the boxes of stuff we had ordered for the kids. we try to have a “fun” gift that they can all play with together and those are few and far between these years...

but this year, i had found the PERFECT “fun gift” for all three of them. and i ordered two sets so that we had plenty of fun to go around. and when the boxes arrived, i checked the packing slips but didn’t unwrap the contents. who would need to do that? the boxes looked to be the right size and the packing slips never lie...

and so at 11:00 p.m. Christmas eve we opened up the boxes ready to set up all the FUN inside and to instantly be the FUNNEST parents on the block....

and found two wooden rocking horses. that needed to be put together. by some parents with kids much YOUNGER than our children.

Transient

needless to say that was not what we ordered for our much past rocking horse age kids.

once what we did order comes in, i will show you a photo of the kids loving it and all playing together like darling angels.

oh yeah. i don’t have a camera. oh well, guess you will really have to wait to find out. as will the kids. until the package arrives.

hope your Christmas arrived and that you had a wonderful day. we did. even without the funnest gift ever. because we have the BEST gift ever.
