LOVE it that some of my faithful blog readers are SO concerned about this forever 21 debacle. well, here is the latest update (in the form of the actual letter that i composed and emailed to them tonight)...
dear forever 21 customer service representative, (and i should have put “service” in quotes)
As of this morning, March 26th, there was still no money back on the card. I called the Discover card services and was informed that the transaction was marked "pending" with Forever 21. The customer service rep said that there needed to be a fax from Forever 21 to restore the money onto the card. I went to the Forever 21 store in the mall again, spoke to another manager and she called the customer service number and took down all of the information that she needed and assured me that she was on her way to send the fax and that the money would be restored to the card within a few hours. As of 10 hours later it has not been restored and the customer service representative at Discover has not received a fax from Forever 21.
And the dress that we were told would be held, was not.
I would like this situation rectified as soon as possible. I would also like to see some follow through by the managerial staff at this store on their assurances of "yes, we will hold these items" and "yes, I will be faxing this information right away". Is that too much to ask?

millie arriving home yesterday in the rain wearing a cute shirt that is NOT from forever 21...
i took these rainy day photos because rosie wanted to take an umbrella to meet millie at the bus so she wouldn’t get wet and rosie waited for 20 minutes on the bus because it was late. millie was planning to get off of the bus at a friends house in the neighborhood but once she knew that rosie was waiting on her with an umbrella , she decided to get off at our stop so she didn’t disappoint rosie. i have some SWEET girls...
