this might be my shortest blog entry EVER. arrived home from nyc about an hour ago. unpacking, washing, tending to my other two children who had lots to tell me, oh and i need to blog because of every day in may. what was i thinking?
so until i upload all the photos, here is one very special photo that will give you a peek at what it takes for two 40ish mothers to keep up with their 16 year old daughters in new york city. the girls were shopping in anthropologie at rockefeller plaza and we made a run to starbucks (which it was new york... how far did we have to go? 5 feet.) and took some motrin to mask the pain of sleeping in a strange bed and walking all over new york and the “which subway stop did we need?” headache.
but we had a great time (thanks in no small part to tons of starbucks and even more motrin). and that is all you get tonight.
oh, and if you need more, go and read this article in the tallahassee democrat. seems there is NO news to be had in all of tallahassee (must be because i was out of town). so they were forced to print something like that...
