because my words of the day this week are all on the theme of INSULTS.... wow, that would have been interesting to work those into nice missives about women who changed my life...
today’s insult seems very timely... politicaster. which is almost everyone involved in politics, i think....
did you know that if you add the pejorative suffix -aster to a word it makes the word mean inferior, small or shallow... (and let me just be honest here.... i had NO idea what pejorative means....)
thus making me a grammaraster.
or as most of you refer to me... a disaster. which upon closer study doesn’t use the -aster as a pejorative suffix....
really did i just type the phrase “which upon closer study doesn’t use the -aster as a pejorative suffix”?
i need to get a life.
