that was rosalea’s halloween costume. she made it herself. based on this one from family fun magazine...
i loved it. i love her.
and i love what she said to me tonight on the way home from her soccer practice. she likes to hold on to the dashboard and pretend that she is on a roller coaster while i am driving. which says more about her imagination than my driving. i promise. really, it does...
anyway she was doing the whole “whooooooooooo” and “here we go now” roller coaster speak when she said two very profound things...
#1... “you know that if you lean into the turn it feels scarier but really it is more fun.”
#2... “the uphill part is when you can see that you are going uphill. but you know you are about to go downhill when you can’t see where you are going any more.”
she could write inspirational books. when she isn’t making halloween costumes. or playing soccer...
plus she has had all her shots.
